121 PERSONAL TRAINING

In person training at the gym. This service is solely personalised to your goals, we follow a training programme where I am with you every step of the way, checking form & improving your fitness. Constant support, nutrition advice, lifestyle advice to help you achieve your goals. Shared sessions are also available. Due to the current Covid-19 situation these are taking place via Zoom as virtual training sessions from your home.
